Villain Themes
This thread is for the theme music of your favorite video game villains. As you post your favorite villain themes, tell us about the villain for those who are not familiar.
Dr. Weil is the main villain of the latter half of the Mega Man Zero series. He was a scientist who witnessed the end of the Maverick Wars, which plagued the world during the Mega Man X series, through the use of Cyber Elf technology. He felt unsatisfied with how the wars ended and felt Reploids, robots with more humanlike AI, should be punished for the violence and destruction they caused. Cyber Elves helped neutralize the Maverick Virus which caused Reploids to go violently berserk and were regulated with the Mother Elf. Weil made modifications to the Mother Elf corrupting her into becoming the Dark Elf which made Reploids even more violent and sparking the Elf Wars. He even took Zero's original body and turned it into a super weapon known as Omega. After Omega was exiled into space and the Dark Elf sealed, the Elf Wars concluded with the deaths of 60% of the human population and 90% of all Reploids. A trial was held for Weil and he was sentenced to have his consciousness removed and placed in a robot replica that regenerates and feels only pain so that he would be immortal and suffer while he was in exile. Dr. Weil felt betrayed believing he was doing humanity a favor by showing them the true of Reploids and vowed to get revenge once the time was right. Reploids and humans alike would suffer greatly once he took control of the sanctuary city known as Neo Arcadia.

Already a classic – Wild Hunt theme from Witcher 3. Wild Hunt is a bunch of Aen Elle elves traversing different universes, which became accessible for them after conjunction of the spheres. It’s based on a motif, popular in European folk beliefs, of ghostly hunters chasing through the sky. Their leader, Eredin, is not my favourite villain (I don’t think I have any favourite villain), but the theme is really good. The story of Wild Hunt and Eredin is actually much more interesting in Sapkowski’s books than in the game – someone on the Internet counted that Eredin speaks 12 sentences during the whole game So, I recommend the books, though I wonder how the translation affected Sapkowski’s colourful language.
BEWARE SPOILERS FROM THE BOOKS
So, Wild Hunt captures Ciri and imprisons her in the elven world, in a cool looped space (if she travels too far in one direction, she comes to the same place from the other side). There, the elven king tries to have a child with her, but he’s old and can’t get to do it with the member of such an inferior race as humans. Then, Eredin somehow kills him to gain control, and Ciri finds a hole in the loop and escapes. Then, Wild Hunt starts to chase her
Also, there’s this cool fragment, where Wild Hunt goes after Ciri in an alder forest, which is a reference to Goethe’s poem Erlkönig.

Ganondorf was prophesized to be the second coming of the original Demon King Demise. He was born from the desert dwelling all female Gerudo tribe. A male is born to the tribe every 100 years and becomes the Gerudo's King. His mother or mothers were a duo of twin sisters who happened to be nefarious witches. He grew envious of Hyrule's prosperity while his own kingdom was one of endless sand under a blazing hot sun so he planned to be the King of Hyrule's ally until a time when he would stab him in the back and take the kingdom for his own. What he truly desires is the treasure that Hyrule values the most, the Triforce. With it, he would permanently shed off his humanity and become a true king of evil known as Ganon.

Freelance Police Sam & Max have dealt with a lot of criminals over the years, but none more so annoying than The Soda Poppers. The Soda Poppers were once child stars in the classic 1970s hit TV show of the same name. They're triplets who go by the names of Peepers (real name Dick Peacock btw), Specs, and Whizzer. Peepers is known for having creepy huge eyes, Specs is a nerdy neat freak, and Whizzer has a bladder control problem so bad he has to pee very 3 to 5 minutes. They drank so much soda that the sugar and caffeine gave them super speed. Despite the success of their TV show, there was a lot of behind the scenes drama. Peepers annoying shrill voice drove the other cast and crew to alcoholism, Specs kept demanding 11,000 retakes of all his lines, and Whizzer kept peeing on the only existing copy of the script of each episode. After the show ended, The Soda Poppers faced a dilemma many child stars faced at the time, puberty. Once they stopped looking cute, no one wanted to cast them. They struggled to find work and made ends meet doing commercials and guest spots. They were later kidnapped by Brady Culture, another former child star who wanted revenge when The Soda Poppers' popularity got his own show Culture's Clubhouse cancelled. He hypnotized them to carry out a scheme to mass hypnotize the world to make him a beloved celebrity again by selling and advertising his own hypnotic videos disguised as eyeball exercise tapes. After Sam & Max foiled Brady Culture's plot, The Soda Poppers quickly lynched him mercilessly off screen. Afterwards, they got a taste for evil and decided to raise their fame to new heights to make the world hate them even more because hate makes them stronger. Eventually, they got involved in politics, ran for governors of the Dakotas, and won. The Dakotas were split into North, South, and West Dakota. When they couldn't agree on who gets Mt. Rushmore, they started a civil war that decimated the Dakotan population. They then set their sights on Hell and overthrew Satan and turned Hell into an efficient corporation thanks to their soul harvesting operation. They then proceeded to "bring evil into the 21st century" by winning the soul of a computer, having a woman conceive a hellspawn, and making mankind repeat the original sin. When their plans were foiled, Satan staged a hostile takeover to get his throne back and they were plunged into hell pit with a lavafall raining down upon them shortly after and we never had to see them again.

The pre-repentance Vader will always be my favorite villain.
(Frank Langella's Dracula runs a close second.)
I'll allow this one since there are a lot of Star Wars video games.

This story is hilarious (though doesn't fit in my working memory) and soundtrack is great. Why didn't I play it yet?
Anyway, my new villain is Klogg from the Neverhood, and his story is very simple. First, Hoborg creates the land of Neverhood, but is sad of being alone. So, he uses a life seed to create Klogg. Klogg is, however, more interested in Hoborg’s crown than in being friends with him. He steals the crown, making Hoborg fall into sleep mode. Also, there there is some lighting for some reason, which makes Klogg look ugly and evil.
Klogg lives in Hoborg’s castle and entertain himself by doing evil stuff, such as dividing the Neverhood into two halves or summoning the Clockwork Beast by pushing the “beast release” button. He needs the Clockwork Beast to steal Big Robot Bil’s teddy bear, because Bil helps the protagonist (Klayman) to reach the castle. However, after stealing teddy bear from him, Bil gets furious, not sad, destroys the Clockwork Beast and opens the castle’s gates for Klayman. Then, Klogg tries to corrupt Klayman by offering him the crown. After rejecting the offer (as you should do), there is some struggle and Klogg steps accidentally on a cannon’s remote. A cannon ball hits him and pushes him somewhere off the Neverhood.
Here's his theme (sort of):
And here’s his story before the game starts (you collect the disks with fragments of the story during the game):
