my wireless mouse stop working, I can't open the back to replace the batteries. Can someone help me?
Is the battery cover stuck, like what happens to older mice, like mine? it sounds like it is. The recharge suggestion was a good suggestion, but sometimes wireless mice don't have that option. None of mine do. Sometimes the batteries swell with age, making it really hard to slide open the cover. Sometimes the plastic just gets stiffer with age.
What kind of wireless mouse do you have? If the bottom of the mouse has information, such as model. It is usually in very small print.
I could do some research. The research would do me some good too.
My laptop mouse is a Logitech - MX Anywhere 2S Wireless Laser Mouse; Model: 910005748 SKU:6360418. The last laptop I had was over 10 years ago, I don't remember the mouse, all I remember it had a DVD player.
My mouse has a red & green lights, I don't know what they for, I'm not smart with technology.
