Feel like being indoors is causing FOMO anxiety
Since the 1st, I was off due to catching COVID, then returned to work only to leave and take the weekend off until next week due to not having tested myself again as I still kept coughing and refused to pay for another test or wear a mask because I didn't want to look like the only one wearing a mask as most people now are not wearing any. Both my mum and her partner have the virus now and have been off. I am starting to feel like as if am "on edge" for some bizarre reason and thinking that life is passing by and that everyone else is "making the most of life". The weather hasn't helped either it's been dark, misty and cold lately. I feel like I can't speak to parents about this because they are not well and it gets sometimes frustrating for them and have been told before that I've sometimes got to help myself as I am an adult but I don't know how.
