My advice is to keep your crush to yourself in future, and don't communicate it to anyone, as it can get back to the person you are crushing on, or their partner, as seems to have already happened in your situation.

You shouldn't be going around causing trouble for couples, nor jeopardizing the few friendships that you seem to have at the moment (this couple seemingly being your main source of social interaction)?
