Yes, by definition whatever neurotype is typical would be considered neurotypical.

Also applies to a lot of things.
I think it's more of an averages thing.

I once saw a movie review where it showed a world where most people were homosexual and being hetero was seen as "wrong". It was pretty cheesy, but it would be interesting to see a show or movie where most humans are ND, and it's the NTs that get bullied or mistreated for things like making eye contact or not showing intense interests. They might suffer from sensory deprivation because lights and music are too low, and be forced to go to ABA where they're told to stim and if they don't the therapist grabs them by the wrists and forces them to flap. NT Speaks would put up billboards telling you to give real milk to your kids or they'll be neurotypical. and pro-vaxxers will be posting to give your kids their shots so they don't become NT. Or die of preventable diseases.

Or, antivaxxers would just blame NTism on vaccines. Their grifting wouldn't go away, it's just the details of the grift that would change.

I think the habit of smalltalk would be heavy critized, especially at work. "If you want to show pictures of your kids or talk about what you did last weekend you can do that in your spare time. People are here to work and wants to focus on that. They don't want to hear about your holiday plans when they take a coffe break. And if you socialize with your coworkers at the pub after work, try to avoid gossipping and shallow small talk. Surely you have some special interest or something that your are passionate about?!"

NTs would struggle to get into relationships. They would be wondering if an autistic person would date them or if they would be too weirded out to do so.

That would be a much better world. If the majority of the population actually had a drop of sense in them, the world wouldn't be this f**ked up.

Late reply, but:

I'm not sure the autistics being the majority would improve the lack of common sense that seems to define humanity.

With the way people imagines and assumes of how and if 'autistics are majority', implies that the label neurotypical doesn't necessarily mean ideal nor healthy nor something should strive to be.

If autistics are the majority, they'll would had to figure how to break their collective cycles like the current reality does right now like any human generational dynamic if they wanna stop being chronically dysfunctional.

If that's any better or any worse, over the basis of autism, the assumption depends on whatever they're projecting.
Like one autistic with learning disabilities would assume a world full of autistics would mean a world full of learning disabilities.

Thus imagining a world of logic, because of the perception of being logical themselves regardless how true.
Thus imagining a world of morals, because of the perception of being moral themselves regardless how true.

Or one who had dealt with narcissistic parents, thinking that the common household pattern would be this complex around narcissists -- irrespective of how emotional or unemotional, intelligent or unintelligent.

If autistics are the majority, I'll win in life.
Not because of some social fulfillment, but because people are easier...
By easier, it could mean many things. Whatever comes to one's mind says about the thinker than I'm.

I know, I've just been feeling very resentful towards NTs lately. They're the ones who actually f**ked up the world even if anyone else would've done the same. Most of the NTs I know are idiots and all of the autists I know aren't. I know it's irrational but it's hard not to feel this way.

Not to be a pessimist but give it time and you'll meet autists who are also idiots, and NTs who are not.

It would be very different, as Autistics lack the herd instinct that is at the root of most NT behaviour. Rationally, there's no reason why individuals should be considered objects of fear and loathing, just because they are "not like us".

There are more of us than people think there are.

But we are not the majority.

Also, we just tend to end up finding each other since minds that are similar tend to get along better. (Sometimes.)

To be honest this isn't my experience with autistic people, or at least those with a profile more similar to Aspergers Syndrome.

We care less about fitting in and tend to be less prone to herd mentality that NTs engage in, but I still see a herd mentality in terms of seeing mass bullying from autistic community on Twitter or Facebook, for instance. Heck, I've observed herd mentality in myself and my own behavior.

I read somewhere that the problem with our civilisation is that autistic people have made, and continue to make, technological inventions that are too advanced for a society run by neurotypicals. If left alone a strictly non-autistic society would be on a more manageable technological level.
