Like is Trump going to go after Colorado? WTF leave us alone.
The weed works pretty well with helping the state get more tax revenue and reddit tells lies about there being to manny excessive immigrants from what I Have heard for real its just a couple streets not the whole of denver, with desperate window washers that dont realize people in this country don't like people coming up to their cars to offer wind sheild wiping. Idk yes that is annoying but idk if mass deportation is the solution. So though I am a bit worried I guess I like that the mayor of denver and Jared polis are trying to find ways to fight back but at the same time what will Trump do to my state if our government doesn't comply. But also, I support my state not complying with illegal federal laws.
But yeah living in colorado I don't like that there is federal attention on our state now, like sure the feds stand down on weed now but what about immigration. Idk Is it right for the mayor to try and protect people living in his city, for sure so idk how what he says is wrong, he will resist the federal government if it does wrong, and isn't that what people are supposed to swear on the constitution for. Even in the case of federal government trying to pass unjust laws we're supposed to stand up and fight it. So whatever I stand with the Denver Mayor and Jarid Polis if the feds want to punish that so be it. IDK I am proud of my state for the most part and I don't think mass deportations will help anyone. It certainly wont help americans if trump is able to get all his tariffs on foreign good to go through... earth to people most of the products you take for granted are made in china or other countries, america cannot afford the tarrifs trump proposes just so you know.
