wasted almost the whole f*****g day trying to comparison shop for health insurance and still not finished s**t.

i am really slow, ineffective and inefficient at plenty of things.

however, the health insurance enrollment policy is a lot harder than necessary.

now i have no time or energy left to do anything else s**t.

Coming from the UK, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw American health insurance for the first time. They do make it a lot harder than it needs to be. It's not you, it's the system that way too complicated and fragmented. In a word, it's a mess. Give it time and you might eventually get your brain round it. It's a multiple-pass operation.

That is relatable. Some of the essential and basic tasks can be overwhelming to complete in one sitting. If you have to, do it in short bursts.

shopping for health insurance is like "executive processing disorder"

counseling is like "actions speak louder than words"

Is there a navigator near where you live? Because they should be able to help you sort through your options to find ones that are a reasonable match for you.

I'd personally focus on whatever options near you have most stuff in house. Choosing the insurance is one thing, actually using it is quite another and the previous time I was on medicaid, it was nearly impossible to get treatment for the ADHD due to how disorganized it was. I had to literally call dozens of providers, then wait at public heath without any sort of an appointment to do an intake and even then, there wasn't really any help in terms of making appointments with an actual doctor.
