A powerful Russia dominating Europe and beyond isn't in anyone's interest in the free world, and standing alongside a fellow democracy is all important in that struggle, regardless of how it influences inflation.
Sure, medication should be covered by the government, but since we aren't there yet the least we could do is help out individuals whose lives are threatened without something like insulin.
While I liked Bernie, I also sincerely like Biden and Harris, and enthusiastically supported both. While neither was perfect, they might as well have been compared to Trump.

No, but the main reason for the invasion is that NATO keeps creeping closer and closer to Russian soil. The collapse of the USSR really is still in progress and Russia has yet to hit the bottom. The fact that there's any sort of significant counter-offensives being launched by the Ukrainians is a sign of just how weak the Russians are at this point. A lot of people don't realize it, but the Russian GDP is lower than that of just South Korea.
At the end of the day though, the US can't afford to keep supplying Israel and Ukraine with weapons if they're not going to start taxing the rich to pay for it, or the inflation situation is just going to get worse. Although if Trump does follow through on the tariffs, it may wind up being a moot point.
Personally, I wouldn't consider Biden to be particularly enthusiastic about anything medical system related, he had his chance to give everybody health care invoking the health care emergency provision of Obamacare and chose not to. That would have been a great opportunity to show people what it could be like and probably saved tens of thousands of lives in the process.
I'm not going to give Putin the benefit of the doubt, and say that Russia was justified in invading their neighbors due to NATO encroachment. If anything, Ukraine has legitimate reason for wanting to join NATO, considering the threat of Russian aggression, even before their current invasion. Putin considers the demise of the Soviet Union (the Russian Empire in its latter day manifestation) to be the greatest tragedy in Human history, and wants to remedy that by bringing back Russian dominance over its former subject states. On top of that, he wants to punish the west - particularly America - for ending his country's glory days.

In addition to the above, there would be little "encroachment" if Putin and Russia were not the threat to peace that they are.
