I've had some of the best cups of tea I've ever had today me

... That I just had to keep uprooting from whatever ingrained stuff in me.

That I have to keep getting rid of everything I know. I would plunge myself head first if so.

Having ASD isn't as bad for me (I'm prefectly O.K. with this) as having ADD - a very bad case .

I lost most of my gut related issues last year.
And my hair got naturally healthier.

... I hadn't able to change my diet still. Like most of my habits, including sleep and rest.

I don't mind leathery skin on other people but I don't want it for myself
