Dating/love is possible but takes time IMO
I want to meet a woman I'm attracted to.
I'm also realistic about my circumstances.
I'm not interested in dating unless I'm prospering.
I don't expect a woman to be interested in a
man using disability as I do currently.
I expect to live a lifestyle where I am prospering and have a partner
who is aligned with my values.
I've used dating sites and have met a handful of women from them.
I last exchanged numbers with a woman I found attractive. We had
talked about meeting, but she didn't follow through and I am ok with that.
I am not interested in meeting her anymore and deleted her number.
I want to become a millionaire. Living on disability is meagre pickings in the dating world for a man.
I already feel successful in many ways though I don't have the career (not yet paid for my work) to go with it.
I'm trying to get that career established.
I want to be in a position where I'm thriving. I believe I have a ton of potential.

I see women all the time that I am attracted to, because young women are often to be found in restaurants as waitresses and servers, because the owners know that that is what keeps customers coming back again.
I have learned to set aside looks, not to say they are not important, but they are secondary, and although I may admire their youthful appearance, I judge based upon character and morals.
For example, I spoke with a server at a restaurant the other day, and she got into lively conversation about her life, but I noted she had moved around a lot and liked to go to bars, and that brought me to mind that our values were different. It probably has a lot to do with age, young people feel the need to use substances and to experiment with life, older folks have been through all of that already. I think she would be more compatible with a man that drinks a lot and moves around a lot. At any rate, nothing much in common that I could see. Also, she did not refill my coffee near as much as I needed, and the bacon was burnt. So, I paid my bill and shoved off.
Everyone has their own journey they are walking on, and there are many paths in life that teach us lessons. To each his own.
