What kind of examples do you have of times when your boss treated one employee better than another one?

Two weeks ago my stupidass boss had the nerve to bark at me for failing to unlock emergency carts and fill the corral again and the idiot had the nerve to tell me that the head cashier could not find me and other BS. But it appeared that she didn't tell any other lot attendants, just me. Either that or tattle tale tom and Ben and Adam W just disobeyed her

Loud rude deaf stupid calloused self righteous lil b***h

the entire home depot is way too f*****g dangerous, dirty, disorganized.

tattletale tom works in the morning. i work midshift. ben works @ night. just b/c i did not see my stupidass boss bark @ tattletale tom or ben, doesn't mean she did not bark @ them. however, tuesday and wednesday, i unlocked the emergency carts and was pushing them into the lobby. tattletale tom later joined me. however, he didn't refill the corral. f**k that ass hole. the lobby had so many carts that more carts wouldn't even fit. yesterday, ben was just pushing the lumber carts around like obsessvive compulsive disorder. (rolls eyes). i find it hard to imagine the boss barked @ either one of those ass holes, but i can't "prove" it.

better communication would've been to write the instructions on a piece of paper in the breakroom. but i'm afraid that if i try to tell tattletale tom or ben anything, they will misunderstand or distort/twist my statements.

good thing Lot Attendant is not an urgent or important job. there is NO WAY i could trust lazy, unreliable, stupid ass holes such as tattletale tom and ben.

maybe the boss just doesn't "like" me. that is not "discrimination", b/c it is not a "protected class". besides, you have to "prove" that it was "because" you are a "protected class". it is not enough to just "be" in a protected class. so just b/c i am asian, tattletale tom is white, and ben is black, doesn't make it "racial discrimination". and it is extremely difficult to "prove" correlation vs causation. besides, everyone has subconscious biases.

however tattletale tom just won Employee of the Month in September. ben has won about 3 homers in the past year. i won nothing, s**t.

Bosses judge on a biological level as well as on the rational level. So, if they don't see you smiling and acting like you love your work and the customers, then they get to thinking you must be doing the bad things, that is just how the humans are.

If you start tomorrow wearing a smile and believing that you love everybody and are best friends with everybody and love your work, then the boss would definitely notice and alter her opinions and begin looking at the other lot attendants and thinking that maybe they are the ones slacking off.
