Got this in the mail a couple of weeks ago (but notice the date in the upper right hand corner).

So basically, I'll share that my full name ends in the suffix "Jr". Although this was actually addressed to my wife, so let's assume my IRL name is Max Eisenhardt Jr. In that scenario (given my wife's name were Rachel), the salutation would say "Dear Rachel Eisenhardt Jr." although that would actually not make any sense given the context of anglophone naming convention.

My favorite part though is the line "Since he is from your country and you both share the same last name, it is easy for you to become his official next of kin".

When I think of the fact that the "deceased's" first name is given as "Bob" (e.g. Bob Eisenhardt Jr.) I can't avoid thinking of the expression "Bob's your uncle!".
