Food industry lies
I bought almond breeze for twice price, and serious breakdown of what's inside, it's not even 20% almonds and it's better to eat those as genuine. So a splash milky product with flavourings, fortified vitamins but not from almonds as that only 2%
Should even be allowed to call it almond milk!!
Ingredients:
No sugar added (Contains naturally occurring sugars). Water, Almonds (2%), Mineral (Calcium Carbonate), Sea Salt, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Stabiliser (Gellan Gum), Flavouring, Vitamins (A, D2 and E).
And say American food industry is bad, but I tend to trust their allergies lists, if I buy rice flour and can't read language then it's issue gluton free.....which is pity.
Seriously import these Indonesian products and again add 300% markup
Not just 2 Min noodles, but no noodles are healthy, this is un-westernised diet that's also processed and unhealthy, just as guilty.
Review various milk alternatives, or rather say take your vitamins and this is best milky splash for food.
Seriously if you break harmeish diet by eating peanut butter or even these so called health alternatives, you were warned

Basically artificially flavoured almond powder.
Cool,
So is there any nutritional value in rice cakes, um no. But with no flavourings these good for lunchbox. But nutrition is zero same as rice crispies.
Even if use oven baked techniques for green banana chips, it's doubtful they used macadamia nut oil but it's healthy, ye um. Right
I wonder what diet a ninja would follow, maybe harmeish Japanese diet, as none of these Indonesian foods are actually healthy snacks. Ouch
And very very expensively marked up, I might add.
Buttanut oat milk
This one seems to be best, can also make your own at home.
A delightfully delicious and creamy South African oat milk. Made with simple ingredients, this malty milk is sure to become a daily staple. Enjoy in soothing golden lattes or velvety flat whites. Pour over granola, use in smoothies, or drink straight up.
Ingredients: Water, gluten-free oats (8%), canola oil, salt, calcium carbonate, tricalcium citrate, acidity regulator (potassium citrate).
WHAT AND WHY?
ButtaNutt has always strived to use pure, simple ingredients. For this reason we want you to understand all our ingredient choices.
TRIPOTASSIUM CITRATE is a water-soluble mineral salt and source of potassium. Its main role here is to control the pH of the milk, keep it stable and creamy.
CANOLA OIL is a non-GMO vegetable oil derived from the rapeseed plant. It’s locally-sourced, has a neutral flavour and is high in monounsaturated fat. We’ve added Canola oil to match the fat content and creamy richness of whole-milk.
CALCIUM CARBONATE is a mineral compound added as a source of calcium to build and protect your bones
