I think USA owns most big tech and therefore yields most influence, but to be fair most governments would want control and be corrupt as in conspiracy of David Icke.
We have freedom movement (like hippo in 60s) but they techno educated and we need to fight to maintain certain freedom for civilians, more so in digital age than ever before.
