I have the same issue. I used to get "abducted" or harassed by aliens at night. I thought it was real, lol. I am on antipsychotics now, abilify, and it happens a lot less. Even so, I still sleep with the lights on and my family gets pissed. Last time I slept with the lights off, a witch appeared and told me she was going to kill me if I didn't do a mission for her. So yeah, lights stay on for me, I don't care if it affects sleep quality :ninja:

thorazine was marketed as a chemical lobotomy why recommend that awful substance to people who may be vulnerable to drugs?

most of these "doctors" go by a different name in my book: child predators. many of them are either incompetent or malicious, I learned in a tragic way...

^ I’m very sorry to hear about your bad experience.

I was briefly on a small dose of it during an especially dark time of my life a few years ago and found it helpful. There’s no denying that it’s harmed a lot of people, though. In my humble opinion, it’s probably not something that should be used beyond small doses and for short periods of time unless one doesn’t respond to newer antipsychotics (or off-label medications) and it’s necessary, not that I’m a doctor or anything.
