I must admit, those don't really look like much. To me, it isn't the amount as much as it is the selection of items. That looks more like what I might eat if I don't have time to fix much.

As for amount, these days that would probably be fine with me, but when I was younger, I would definitely have not been happy.

I'm 54, my body used to having MORE food, this been a great shock to my body, that probably why I been sick to my stomach, feeling like throwing up, getting dizzy & feel like passing out.

I would eat less too if I dom't have time when I was living alone, but I would eat more food later.

Adjusting to dietary issues/changes can result in alot of what you described..Occassionally the very limited use of
ant-acids , helped me in the past ... Some High sugar or glucose diets that are dramatically reduced, that result in sort of withdrawel type reactions.....(once upon a time in my life.) just my own experience.

These are dinner

I get hungry at night, I can get sick to my stomach, I get dizzy, it can be so bad & I can feel like I'm going pass out. I lost 60 lbs.

On the one hand, it doesn't look like nearly as much as I'd eat.

On the other hand, it looks pretty close to the portions my mom typically eats.

Can you not order a takeaway or get to the local shop to get a sandwich?

I can't walk too good, I have pains in my ankle. I can't order food, I can buy snacks. I don't know any places in the city anyway.
