Do men like fake women? Meaning fake breasts, fake lips, fake booty, fake nails & more fake things.

Some men sure. Men are attracted to physical traits and women know this - they will
get surgical enhancements to make themselves more attractive.

I wouldn’t be surprised if some do, but they aren’t the sort I’d be interested in. My self-esteem may be low, but it’s not THAT low.

There’s nothing wrong with changing one’s appearance if it’s truly desired, but I would never do it to attract a man. I’m only interested if someone likes me flaws and all. I don’t think I would get surgery unless it was related to fixing a disfigurement or medical issue, but that’s just me. I don’t see this as a moral issue or anything. It’s more about tastes and preferences.

Yep some men are attracted to that but definitely not all. I think women are more likely to get those enhancements if they are adult performers but there's LOTS of exceptions. I like that sometimes when watching adult stuff but I'm also very attracted to the opposite as well. The three girlfriends I've had definitely were not fake & I was extremely attracted to them.
