I sleep usually from 2am/4am to 10am or 11am have commitments from 7am to 9 am. This means I don't sleep enuff most of the time. Today from 4am to 9am.
My avarange sleep time is max 7h, more is making me feel in depression.
Less is like drinking 20 coffes.
Is it linked?
I cannot sleep properly, I usually think something to do.
This night I downloaded at 1am UTM and spent whole night trying to install Ubuntu on iPad 9th.
That's not smart.
During day time I eat too much sugar and a lot of caffè latte (Italia uber alles) and try to learn too fast at job.
At home I use pc for 4 hours long doing 3 things per moment.

I've never had a problem sleeping, except while in hospital.

I can sleep up to 12 hours every night. I've always slept a lot. If I'm in a stressful situation, my best way of recovering is to have a sleep.
