What Did Bryce Mitchell Say About Hitler? UFC Fighter's Comments in Full
Quote:
UFC fighter Bryce Mitchell has come under fire over comments he made about Adolf Hitler on his podcast.
Mitchell launched the debut episode of his ArkanSanity Podcast, where he responded to Elon Musk's recent Nazi-like salute at a Donald Trump rally by describing Hitler as "a good guy
What did Bryce Mitchell say? Comments in full
In the podcast Mitchell states: "I honestly think that Hitler was a good guy based upon my own research, not my public education indoctrination. I really do think before Hitler got on meth, he was a guy I'd go fishing with. He fought for his country. He wanted to purify it by kicking the greedy Jews out that were destroying his country and turning them all into gays. They were gaying out the kids. They were queering out the women. They were queering out the dudes.
"That's what your public education will tell you Roli, because you believe your public education because you haven't done your own research. When you realize there's no possible way they could've burned and cremated 6 million bodies, you're gonna realize the Holocaust ain't real."
Reaction to Mitchell's comments
UFC President Dana White has condemned Mitchell's remarks. While attending a UFC event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, he said: "Before we get started here. Let's get some f****** dumb s*** out of the way the way first here. I'm out here having fun doing Power Slap tonight, and I am sure you guys heard what Bryce Mitchell said. If you haven't, he said some probably, I've heard a lot of dumb ignorant s*** in my day, but this one is probably the worst.
"When you talk about Hitler, who is responsible for the death of 6 million Jews, and he tried to completely eliminate a race of people. World War II was the deadliest war in history. 15 million military deaths, 45 million civilians and 25 million soldiers were killed in World War II."
"Second of all, Hitler was one of the most disgusting and evil human beings who walked the Earth. Anyone who tries to take an opposing position is a moron. That's the problem with the internet and social media. You provide a platform for a lot of dumb and ignorant people. We have reached out to Bryce, and when we read what he said, we let him know how we feel about it. We are beyond disgusted."
Israeli UFC fighter Natan Levy has also blasted Mitchell, saying: "You can call me a greedy jew to my face and we'll see what's up," in an Instagram post.
However, former UFC fighter and five-time world champion Jake Shields leaped to Mitchell's defense.
"I've watched Benjamin Netanyahu murder 20k children and he's currently wanted on international arrest warrants," he wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter. "It's socially acceptable to praise him yet everyone loses their mind when Bryce Mitchell praises a man who's been dead for 80 years."
Shields also shared an X post of White's reaction, with the comment: "Just so you know Jewish billionaire Ariel Zev Emanuel owns the UFC and Dana White."
Will UFC suspend Mitchell?
Mitchell will not be punished by UFC over his comments, White said.
"That's what everyone wants to hear, about punishment, but it's free speech," White said in response to a reporter's question about Mitchell's comments. "I don't have to love it, you don't have to love it, you know."

It would not surprise me if this whole thing is fake. Manufacturing controversies is what these irregular sports do. All sports manufacture controversies but these non mainstream sports take it further. Mitchell was not suspended out of a desire to protect free speech. There is no free speech issue involved, it is a money issue. Expect a Mitchell vs Levy bout soon. The ratings will be great for that one.
Arguably if this all of this is manufactured to exploit the rise of antisemitism in the wake of the war in the mideast that is worse than if the opinions expressed are real. I called the UFC a non mainstream sport but that is misleading. The sport attracts hundreds of millions of fans around the world so either way this will both increase antisemitism and embolden and validate existing antisemites. The vast majority of their audience is male a subset of whom are known to be receptive to Nazi explanations.
It was no accident that Dana White was one of the most popular speakers at last years Republican convention. For Trump nothing is out of line if it attracts ratings. I would hope that Dana White’s outrage is real. I am not confident it is.
