No humans allowed, only nature or animals. Don't need any filthy homo sapiens stinking up my computer worse than they already do.

Hell no. Only forests/nature/animals.

Dead right, the only person I've got on any of my wallpaper photos is Miranda Kerr. Apart from that it's all nature and scenery.

People? No. Absolutely not. I tend to have nature stuff and quite dark. I like a fern on black, or a forest floor with perhaps a fruiting fungus for a point of interest.

Far be it from me to suggest anything from Microsoft, but...

I have my main desktop update with the current "picture of the day" sourced by Bing, something the desktop supports automatically on my Linux system (along with other sources).
The images are most often pretty spectacular and rarely involve people - I've never seen one featuring a person as the main subject and rarely, images that may show a few people as part of a wider scene.

Have a look at the recent ones here - https://bing.gifposter.com/ca

Windows 10 & 11 has a personalisation option "spotlight" which is supposed to do the same thing but it mostly doesn't work and usually returns a black screen or gets stuck on one image.
Fortunately someone wrote a small app to handle it (Win7,10,11) and Microsoft now distributes it - Download page at MS
It works nicely on my Windows 11 boxen.
