I've experienced that too over the past month. I've had days where I would just feel very weak and tired and would take a long nap during the day. I don't sleep very well at night sometimes. I am not a Doctor but it could be related to Dysthymic Disorder (Chronic Depression) or could be burnout. I know it can be difficult to manage. It's hard to feel motivated to do things when you have low energy. I am on Depression medication and sometimes I think that makes me tired as well. I hope things are able to improve
One of the symptoms I sometimes have to be careful with are my sleeping patterns go out, so I can hardly sleep for more than about 4-6 hours a time.
Other symptoms are a feeling which I can best describe as a "Fragile" feeling.
What I get for burnout/breakdown (Not sure which) could be different to others.
I know I am in trouble when my mind sort of bounces back and fore through time when I am in one.
I get strings of partial shutdowns one after the other after the other and am continually fighting off shutdowns.
Other symptoms are when I lose the memory of doing things such as walking or how to change gears in a car and have to suddenly teach myself again.
So I know how to gently ease myself out of burnout, but if I was working I would have to quit my job there and then to do so, as in thenpast, when I realized I was in burnout, I would hand in my notice and then I would have a month working which did the damage and was horrible to work through it. (I was trying to be kind to the company). Like I said. If I had gone off sick (Though it takes a good few years now to recover as each burnout/breakdown hit me harder than the one before and I am still coming right after the last one in 2019 so it scares me if I try and work and risk getting another).
So my advice is to ease off and take it easy for a while. Just relax and wait for ones mind to relax.... Take your mind to nice scenic places to relax in.... It works for me!

I can only speak for myself, but I do believe that I've had major job burnout for quite a while. I've burned up my FMLA time at work for a number of years now, if it were not for FMLA I would have likely been fired or I would have to quit. Still, I am hanging on but I do think the day is coming where I may not be able to continue in my current job. My hope is 10-13 years down the road I can retire early.
I've spent half the day in bed because " I just can't deal with this today" .
Oddly, I'll get bursts of energy and get lots of things done at odd times but other times I'm like an old car that won't start.
