I hate how I’m always unappealing/undesirable in a romantic

I understand what you are saying. You are more or less just venting and you deserve that much. All anyone can do is have good hygiene and try and I am guessing you have done those things. Sorry it is so difficult because nature is cruel and we are given this sex drive by no fault of our own. I just hope that some lady will find you interesting and go out with you. You seem to be very level headed about it. I struggle with first impressions because I don't always know what the hell to say lol. I guess I'm decent looking to some women but for me they are so hard to understand. Being direct and honest is not always a good thing when looking for a partner. Oh well, we keep on going.

I know how cliché this sounds, but continue your self-improvement journey. You might want to think about it a little less for a while.

But yeah, I empathize with being 98% single for your life or nothing at all, and if it lasts for decades of your adult life on end it feels like the biggest sexual and romantic repression and that God has even abandoned you (if you believe he exists).

I relate.

I don't know if you'd call Christianity inherently prudish about sexuality in and of itself (never mind 'queer' or trans and other 'alternative' sexualities), but much of the modern representatives of it make it come off that way.

I say you should try not to be mad and angry at God, advice that I need to follow myself.
