Brian Cox was the first actor to play Hannibal Lecter or spelled Lecktor in this film. Cox playing the character, gives a different take on Lecter or Lecktor. Hopkins playing the character is much creepier with a slight sense of humor to it. Cox's comes off as much more sinister and calmer, that's what makes this version a bit scarier, I think. They choose the title Manhunter because they felt Red Dragon (which is the title of Harris's first book) sounded too much like a Martial arts movie.

I love this scene. Movie almost has a Miami Vice feel to it.

From "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective". I just love this scene  I love the little "communicator" sound effect he does and his William Shatner impression is great

From "Star Trek: Generations" in 1994. This was the first Star Trek movie I had growing up on VHS and this is one of my favorite scenes. The special effects still hold up really well.

I had Aladdin (1992) on VHS when I was younger. I always thought this scene at the Cave of Wonders was cool. I also had the game for Sega Genesis!
