I was browsing on YouTube and came across a neat compilation of games from 1995 that I thought I would share. I remember playing several:

Mortal Kombat 3 (Sega Genesis)
Vectorman (Sega Genesis)
Virtua Fighter (Arcade)
Doom 95 (PC)
Twisted Metal (Playstation) Have good memories of playing this at a friend's house all night.

1995 was a great year for video games. I've seen some games on here I've never heard of before. Some of the sports games on here look fun. At the time I just had a Sega Genesis.

I miss my Sega Genesis, although an emulator does the same job better.

Very nostalgic for me.

From that video I remember playing:

Star Wars: Dark Forces - i had a demo of it and I was a FPS fan
Worms - I used to play this with a friend, great fun
Doom - obviously, endlessly, obsessively
Discworld - that was the hardest point and click adventure ever. many of the puzzles defied logic and I'd never have completed it without a walkthrough. It was funny though, and that kept me playing. I was a fan of the books.
Command & Conquer - Played the demo to death and then bought it the day it came out. Can remember sitting in the car on the way home admiring the box. Played to completion. Many hours of fun.
Descent - the first proper 3D shooter I can remember. But it made me feel sick and I had to run it in a small window to get it smooth.
Screamer - I think I had the full version of this. It seemed amazing at the time.
Terminal Velocity - probably just had a demo, but I can remember playing deathmatch. This game did a beautiful thing where you could fly up through the clouds and emerge into a sunny clear sky.
Destruction Derby - this was a PS1 game but I had it, and the sequel, on the PC. It was hard, as I recall. Very easy to get your car disabled.
PGA Tour 96 - I used to enjoy golf games!

On an unrelated side note, I'm always surprised to remember that the PS1 was out this early. In my brain it arrived towards the end of the 90s.

Thanks for sharing the vid.
