Looking for the perfect world-building game

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to find a game or computer program that lets me create worlds, characters, and relationship webs. Ideally, it would be similar to The Sims 4 but with even more customization options. I'm a huge fan of world-building, and I adored some shows, such as The Simpsons, Family Guy, The Loud House, and Thomas and Friends, from childhood.

I want the game to have a sandbox/play set feel, but easy to use.

Here's what I'm looking for in the game:

- A fully open-world building experience that's 100% customizable. I want to design my own houses, buildings, movie theaters, beaches, and more in a 3D environment. Also, include a day/night cycle with some weather options.

- Highly detailed customization for characters, including various outfits and personalities. It'd be great if characters could have specific ages (e.g., "Age: 12").

- The ability to assign predefined relationships between characters, like "Best Friend," "Girlfriend," or "Frenemy."

Given your expertise, does anyone know anything that fits this description or comes close? I would greatly appreciate any recommendations!
