20 minutes jump rope and my weights (shoulders chest and triceps today)

I might do a bit of cycling later but I'm not making any promises

So far today, I've got out of bed, got dressed, made a cup of tea, drunk it, started my laptop, and pressed some keys. It's rather a heavy laptop and I had to carry it to my bed.

It’s Saturday and I’m having a tough time getting going. Hopefully tonight I can muster the energy to go to the gym. We had thunderstorms last night so I couldn’t go then.

The pups and I have walked about a bit. I’ll probably take them to the park tomorrow.

I’m thankful for this forum today because it’s helping me to engage with the world at a time when I need the motivation. Even a little connection helps.

Yes a little bit of connection is a lot better than none.

I need to go to Walmart for groceries, so that'll be my daily half mile of walking done.

I got out the hedge trimmer and cut the front half of the hedge.
It won't start growing for at least a few more weeks.

Lawn mowing will begin soon too. Yard work is good exercise and it gets you outside.

I love the thought of having a garden but I hate the thought of having to maintain it

Maybe start with one garden container pot? With the size of your preference.

You can start with a low maintenance plant.

Well, I made it to the gym last night. (Yay, me! :) )

Let’s see how today goes.

I promised my pups that I’d take them to the park.

Oh yeah that's a good idea. I do have a yukka plant and a snake plant but they look after themselves more or less
