When you stopped breathing, is it a panic attack? I stopped breathing for a few seconds, it feel like I can have a rock in my throat & it blocking air.

I would expect not being able to breath could cause a panic attack, at least as much as it could be a symptom of a panic attack.

Personally I've never stopped breathing as a result of a panic attack, but I have had panic attacks and I have had moments where suddenly I had to consciously make myself breath because it was like the process for automated breathing had crashed and needed to restart.
