Yep! Ended up meeting the owner of the AirBnB. I enjoyed hearing what he said, and he also had a cool beanie on.

Enjoy!

I took my longboard out this morning. I did about 20mph down hill for about a kilometre

It took me by surprise actually because I didn't realise it was such a gradient but it was absolutely fantastic...a bit dangerous mind you though with no brakes and you can't really jump off at that speed either so I have to admit I did say a little prayer

I'll get up really early one Sunday and do it when the road is empty. The trouble is is that I couldn't skate back up the hill so I had to walk home

AirBnBs are popular these days. He probably connects well with people. Beanies are so approachable. ;)

Full grocery bags and full potting soil bags make great free weights. :)

I gathered the energy to go to the gym last night. An hour on the treadmill while watching TV. I felt better afterwards.

More walks with my pups today.

I worked this morning for a few hours and my head has been in the clouds ever since

Sometimes do nothing days are needed to recharge or reset. If you can afford to take mental health breaks, that is a wise way to live and manage time. Be kind to yourself.

That's what I thought! Beanies and suspenders. I'm gonna keep at it.

As for exercise, I went swimming yesterday. Today, I did another 1.2mi/1.6km/20mins walk in the morning. I am feeling it, but I know it's the process to getting healthier and more athletic. The wisest woman I knew said something about, "If you're trying to get to the flowers on the other side of the forest, don't stop in the forest. Look for the flowers." I'm way off with the exact quote, but that was the message. Little did she know that the forest sounds kind of nice: shade, quieter, cooler, cover/protection. But I also like flowers, so maybe I'll chill in the treeline :ninja: and see why everyone is all about these flower fields.

I've done my 10000+ steps. What more do you want from me?
