I have feelings of anxiety that's worsened lately. I'm on an anti anxiety medication. Yet I don't know if it's helpful. Abilify is helpful though with other things. Mornings are the worst. I feel a spinning sensation and feel baffled that I even manage to get out of bed and dressed. I throw up from it too.

Its a feeling in my stomach. It makes every day things difficult. I just sit feeling anxious. Sometimes I get it from lighting in a room, sitting in a specific chair, or even being in a specific room. Sometimes it makes me unable to move.

Being unable to move is weird. I feel so weird just laying in bed awake. I'll try to get up but I'm glued. I just have to let the feeling pass. It makes the anxiety worse. It makes me feel very icky.

Meds are so much trial and error and it can take time to see if they work (sometimes up to 2 months), or if you might need a different dose or a different med or a combination of meds.
