I love music, writing, and making art
I like to paint sometimes. I'm not amazing but I find it therapeutic. I like to paint landscapes like the ocean, the desert, or trees or the night sky. I sometimes like abstract too. Like painting rainbows and random shapes.
I like to write poetry and letters that are poems. They're letters to random people. I like to listen to music while I do that stuff. It helps. Especially jazz or classical.
It helps take my mind off when I'm sad or anxious. I didn't do well in art class or creative writing but I enjoy doing things my way. It's very very fun for me. I like to color in coloring books for adults..I have a few. I get experimental with colors and it's fun for me.
Art can be both expressive and cathartic. So many colors to represent our emotions. Painting, writing, sketching, coloring…any form of freedom of expression like that can help to release anxiety and to identify concepts that cannot be expressed any other way. And, yes, music.
Like inter-dimensional languages.
