Which Noise Cancelling Headphones are the best? I have noise canceling headphones, but one speaker broke, one wire came out when I dropped the headphones, I have a cord for the headphones, I couldn't work the wireless, but I don't mind having the cord to work it.

My brother uses Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless and praises both it's sound quality and ANC effectiveness. It as well can work on wire to my knowledge and comes with premium etui
His first model was faulty though, right speaker failed just after 3 weeks (started to generate a lot of noise). Second model he got works so far, albeit only week passed so we'll see

Sony XM5. For me it wins on comfort, build quality, sound quality and noise cancelling.

It depends on how much money you want to spend, what you want to use them for, and how long you will wear them daily. For music I like Sony XM5 headphones, but they are expensive. I use Sony or Beats for streaming videos and tv shows but all seem to work fine. Beats I wouldn't recommend because of how poorly they are constructed lately, last 2 pair started falling apart with 18 months and had to be replaced. Bose are on sale right now, $100 off until end of month. I'm thinking of buying a pair myself as they are rated highest for noise cancelling.

There are cheaper options out there that are also decent choices, it really just depends on your personal preferences. Best Buy and other such stores used to have tester headphones, hopefully they still do as that helps find the headphones which sound best to you.

I recommend that brand (Sennheiser) for headphones, as I have them connected to my metal detectors. They do a great job for what I need them to do.

Can I buy any Sony headphones? They having a sale on Amazon, under $200-$300, is it good to get Apple Care/ Warranty?

I really need to get some new headphones myself because mine are a few years old & have been having some various issues that have gradually been getting worse so IDK how much longer they'll last. I'm also thinking about FINALLY getting a new computer(my parents said they would help with the comp cost) & I have my headphones hooked to my comp instead of hooking up speakers. I listen to music a lot when using my comp & I think my headphones were kinda liked by some in the music industry like DJs. They came with a case & an adapter that I never used so they could be hooked into amps & such. I think they had cost me about $200. They aren't noise canceling but they do block a bit of noise when listening to music & vids. I def do not want to try wireless ones. My current ones have a long cord that coils up which is kinda nice for getting up & closing & opening the bedroom window. I forget which model & brand they are though. Do you guys have any ideas for new headphones that would be a good replacement & not cost a fortune :?: I should probably look up the ones that were already mentioned here.

I can only speak for the quality of the Sony XM5 but I have heard good things from others about cheaper Sony headphones. If possible I would always suggest going to store and listening to tester headphones as different models and brands have different strengths and weaknesses depending on needs.

I use $50 Soundcore headphones at home to watch tv, sound quality is similar to Sony but volume power is lower and noise cancelling isn't as good. This typically the issue I have found with cheaper headphones, they sound good but never great and don't always block enough outside noise.

As for the warranty, I can't say. I have a friends who always buys one and others who refuse. I have had my XM5 since they first came out and never had a problem. I have had Beats start falling apart not long after the regular warranty ended, an extended warranty might have helped but I don't know.
