Hi!
I almost forgot that I wanted to join this group until today.
I am originally from Germany. Been in the US for almost 10 yrs. I have a 10 yr old daughter. Late diagnosis AuDHD late 2023 at 45. My daughter got her AuDHD DX a few months ago. Both her and I flew under the radar for 10 yrs before this. I am trying to connect to more like minded people.

Welcome!! I was also diagnosed in my early 40s 1 month ago. Im also a newbee on WP. And im a absolute beginner in being autistic and try to explore the new relatonship to my brain.

You wrote that both you and your 10 year old daughter have ADHD. According to the experts, this condition is hereditary, and can run in the family. Some members of you family may have it and others don't or to a much less degree.
