Skywatcher can summon UAPs 100% of time

A private group known as Skywatcher may soon release new video of UFOs it has been able to “summon” through electronic signals, investigative journalist Ross Coulthart says.

The organization founded by UFO whistleblower Jake Barber and includes members of the miliary claims it has been able to at least partly replicate the process it believes the U.S. government has used to attract non-human technology to Earth.

Skywatcher has a secret location known as “The Range” where it is using a signaling system that Coulthart describes as an “electro-mechanical dog whistle.”

So it comes as a slight surprise that AARO have actually been covertly working with Skywatcher.

More information about the “electro-mechanical dog whistle.” is imminent. Unlike AARO, Skywatcher has no problem sharing their technology with the public. I'll be the first to order my “electro-mechanical dog whistle” once it comes on the market.
