People can be time blind, yes. Sometimes that can be related to dyslexia or other learning disabilities.

I've known people who literally cannot tell the time on an analogue clock but I thought that was just like a digital age thing

I think a lot of people have an issue with tracking time mentally, without the presence of a visual aid such as a clock.

The 24-hour format can confuse some people.

Do younger adults understand Fahrenheit temperature measurements, I wonder?

Edit: I understand that Fahrenheit is still widely used in the USA, I was thinking more of the UK and other English-speaking countries.
