Do you have a favorite stim? And why do you do it?

Only 1 1/2 more weeks of school and procrastination.

When I was a child a had a favorite nylon jacket that I rubbed between my fingers. I also liked to push it under my fingernails and rub. I still do this with pare when I'm reading a book. I also like to keep rhythms with my hands and feet. I pluck my eyebrows ALOT. When I was a child I twisted my hair and chewed on erasers in school. Those two got me in trouble. At one point, when they thought I was old enough, my parents threw my favorite jacket away. I was devastated. They didn't know better.

Putting my fingers in my mouth, or my hand on my face in a specific way ( I usually don't realize I do it.)

I'm a toucher, so I like to touch things that feel good or weird. I also like to play around with the small handwheel on the control panel and random parts from machines we have lying around. This is my favorite because it feels nice and my fingers fit right in the grooves

My favorite stims are wringing my hands and pacing. I do these things whenever I feel anxious, bored, or excited and I need to release energy or calm down.

I shake my leg while seated. I heard it was called Jimmy legs, not sure if that's right or if it counts as stimming.

Also like to hold twenty-sided dice and have a ball that's sort of an icosahedron (moon ball) I toss from hand to hand.
