My pragmatism leads me to do things, not in the customary way, and I can see why that would make me look like a rebel. It tends to be impersonal, or not geared against anyone, in particular.

Being observant, to the tee, I have found that I can harp on points of contention. I can make someone become unstable, to the point of collapse, by grasping at sensitive spots, but don't see it as being useful or necessary.

Since it is somewhat detailed, can you start with a small part, or a single phrase, which you would like to know more about?

(I would also like to say that I admire your sense of style, in the photo.)

I got 0 percentile Narcissism, 0 percentile Psychopathy, 3rd perecentile Machiavellian.

Basically, I'm a door mat.

Narcissism 1.4 9%
Machiavellianism 1.9 17%
Psychopathy 0.4 0%

I actually thought it a couple would be higher. When I think of my darker side and the things that were asked in the test, they really don't match up though. So I really don't think it was able to even tap into it.

I'm pretty self-absorbed and have a high opinion of my own intelligence and talent, yet 80% of people scored higher on narcissism that I did. Not to mention the 95% percent who were higher in the other areas.

I find this both surprising and frightening.

I scored in the single digits on all three categories.

Bummer.

Narcissism 0.7 - 1 %

Machiavellianism 0.8 - 2 %

Psychopathy 1.2 - 6 %

Some of these questions can be interpreted in many ways. For example, while I think it's true that most people can be manipulated, it's not in my interest to do so.

Trait Score Percentile
Narcissism 1.2 6
Machiavellianism 2.2 26
Psychopathy 1.8 15

Those scores seem about right for me. But seeing so many folks here scoring at a 0 or 1 percentile so frequently tells me something's flawed with the test. Still, it was an interesting exercise.

...and I got Machiavellianism on "Everybody can be manipulated" which is common knowledge, but this test might interpret it as "I want to manipulate" - which isn´t true.
Difficult test, because it is difficult to know how to interpret the questions.

What I don't like about this test is that just because I select Agree for an answer, doesn't necessarily mean that I do agree. It just means that I believe it to be true. This test seems to penalise someone for being aware of the evils in the world, being cautious, understanding office and/or friend group politics, or just basic diplomacy.

For example, the question asking if people can be easily manipulated. I completely 100% agree with that. Advertising works for a reason. There is a lot of truth to the saying that 'There's a sucker born every minute.'. But, this does not mean that I agree with manipulating people at all.

Or the question 'You should wait for the right time to get back at people', but there is no answer for being more mature and not seeking revenge at all. Just disagreeing that there is a right time, which instead implies getting back at someone at the wrong time. Not, you know, not getting back at them and just being the better person.

A terrible test, in my opinion. It confuses knowledge with intent. For example: I agree that people can be manipulated, but that doesn't mean that I manipulate people.

I find it strange that people think psychopaths have low empathy (a misunderstood word? It needent imply sympathy nor compassion, only the ability to identify with the feelings of others); a sadist wouldn't get any enjoyment out of hurting people, if he couldn't percieve their pain.
