Again, doing this with only people in the categories "Have Asperger's - Diagnosed", "Have Asperger's - Undiagnosed", "Not Sure If I Have It Or Not", and "Other Autistic Spectrum Disorder". (For my own reference, the last people to join who are on this list are Aurorabrls18, Postperson, jkauff, ImaMsunderstood1, danny, nightcrawler on Jul 10.)

I have to admit this is one of the few sites I've ever been on that I've ever seen this equality in regards to Gender #.

According to the Diagnosis Demographics... most female members are not on the spectrum.
