Very emotional. I could get "worked up" about almost anything, even for no reason. So I was considered annoying, rude, ill-behaved and impossible.
I am still very emotional to this day.

In primary school I'd attack people occasionally on very little provocation or non at all, because I thought a lot of things people said to me were offensive. Even suggesting that I was wrong about anything could end up in at least screaming on my part. And I used to throw things around the house and at school. I am still very easily offended, but I usually control myself. I still occasionally do crazy stuff when I'm overwhelmed. So I guess that counts as emotional?

Wow, the results surprised me. I answered "Very emotional," but I expected to be in the minority.
When I was a kid, I would cry whenever my parents scolded me. I got scared by lots of random things, especially if they made loud noises. Scary or sad movies used to upset me a lot, too. On the other hand, most of the time I smiled constantly.
As a young adult, I am still really sensitive and cry really easily if I'm in an argument or I think someone is mad at me, which is really embarrassing because it makes me come across as a ditsy, emotional girl instead of a rational young woman. :(

Very much so. I still am about certain things.

I was kind of like an android until I was about 5 never smiled much or laughed or hugged or even scream in pain if I got hurt, once I was 5 and also after alot of counciling I was very emotional and very affectionate to my family and close friends who were few and far between. Most of the time though I don't always express emotions because its sometimes hard to control them and othertimes I dont know how to emotionally react to things at times.I do tend to get Hyper when I am happy when I am depressed no energy at all. Whenever I do get emotionally expressive I am viewed as immature so I try and bottle up most of my emotions but It can be hard sometimes and energeticly draining as well and I tend to get depressed.

Too emotional according to others, simply annoyed by the same people in my opinion.

I cried for just about every emotion. I cried when I was hurt, or mad, or confused. That was pretty much most of the time. I think that's why I liked performing. It gave me a break from my other emotions.

I was extremely emotional and often teased for it. Now, though, I find it hard to be emotional with others. Maybe my hildhood is why.

When I am emotional though it is almost always in private/said in confidence with my mentor. It makes for great artwork.

Somewhat emotional. I'd only get upset when my dad did something to make me upset.

I remember being forced to eat tomatoes before a meal one time, and I didn't eat for more than a day until he finally dropped it. I also remember crying the whole time because of how hungry I was.

Egads, that's pretty much how it was for me- one big awful release of painful emotion about once a year and the rest of the time more "mellow" other than constant vigilance in the back of my head stressing me out (although I thought for a long time that being so anxious was normal). I rock or twist my legs/feet back and forth if I'm lying down.

When I was growing up exhibiting emotions was verboten! We'd get beat. We got beat in school and beat in the home so crying and tantrums were forbidden. My siblings called me Mr. Spock because I was always stoic and emotionless (like I had a choice!)

That is terrible, man. :x

Mind you, I'm not trying to patronise or mock, just sharing my bemusement.

I was a very emotional, explosive and mean little child. I wish I could go back in time and be kinder, but alas, we cannot change who we were as children, only who we are now.
