What is astral project?


to astrally project one's astral body [spirit body] is to have an out-of-body experience. this can happen when one is in a trance or when one is dreaming lucidly [IOW they are conscious and aware in their dream]. wiki Robert Monroe (clicky) for a better picture of this phenomenon.

I used to get that a lot when I was a kid, de ja vu. Then I would guess what people were going to say next and then I'd be worried what happened in the dream would happen because it was usually bad in the end but usually the end wasn't the same as in the dream in real life.
