Then why wasn't the womens section taken down at the same time?
I don't get the lack of balance on this site.
WP doesn't seem very fair nor balanced sometimes.

the love and dating forum seem to be the closest to a mens forum because men are always going on about sex and wanting a girlfriend
us women have things we like to talk about that men dont have to go through like periods, pregnancy, childbirth, menopause
also there are more men here than women
if there was a mens forum it will just be sex sex sex and girls girls girls thats you men cant seem to think beyond your weiners
I was gonna say that I have a couple theories about this.
I never go in the Women's section but the description says
"Having a male gynecologist is like going to an auto mechanic who doesn't own a car" so it could be designed for women to talk about things like their time of the month. As a general rule women do not want to discuss that stuff with men unless he is their romantic/sexual partner or a medical professional. Plus very few men would want to hear women talking about that stuff except maybe from their romantic/sexual partners; both my exes & current girlfriend talked about that stuff with me a bit & I wanted to know because I loved & worried about them but I don't really want to hear other women talking about it if you know what I mean.
Also Aspergers is much more common in men so men are probably the majority on this site. The Women's section might be trying to cater to the minority so they would feel more welcome. It's kinda like how there is an LGBT section here but no straight cisgender section.
You might be rite Caz about a Men's section being primarily about sex but I support the idea of a Men's section & I'm sort of on the asexuality spectrum. I do not conform to the male stereotype & I think having a Men's section could be a good place to discuss issues related to the male image. Us guys could talk about things like peer pressure & not fitting in with other men. We could talk about how to better relate to other men or how we feel better about it & be more OK with being the male gender. I've majorly questioned my gender & sexual orientation in the past due to not fitting with with other men. I have posted about this in the LGBT section some but I'm not really gay, bi, trans, or a lesbian so that section didn't seem to really fit. I have touched on it some as well in various posts in L&D & the Adult section but I think a Men's section would be a better fit for this.
