I am thin for my height, but I have bigger hips and a really small waist so its hard to find jeans that fit properly. I used to have really skinny spaghetti-like arms, but I have gained a bit of weight so they aren't as skinny as they used to be, but still slim.

I'm about 6'1", 140 lbs. Apparently I'm quite underweight. :(

you are VERY fortunate, as underweight beats the dickens out of overweight any day of the week as far as health goes.

Nurses body fat machine said I was either 14% or 4% fat, depending on which category we decided I should be in.
I am 56 by the way, when I was in my 20s I had no fat whatsoever, you could pull the skin away from my body.

I used to do cycle racing in my teens.
I think that permanently moved my metabolism up a gear or two and the benefits have stayed with me.
I see the non-smoking 20 year olds at work out of breath whilst I bound up the stairs two at a time and wonder what they will be like at my age.

I read among the lower socioeconomic demographic that life expectancy is going down here. that is balanced out statistically by the upper socioeconomic demographic living longer due to heroic but expensive medicine.

I think I might be underweight for my height but I don't care, as long as I'm in the hundreds I'm fine. C:
