I usually don't like clothing but I like bras because I wear padded ones to look bigger. It's not confortable, though.

I wear a B but I bought a very nice, very padded bra to wear with some clothes and also some silicone "boobs" to go in between the boob ad the bra cup and I can wear them to push them together to give a cleavage effect or I can put them in differently so it just makes the overall boob bigger if I don't have a low neckline.

I'm 50 years old and I'm not out looking to attract someone, I just like how things look when it looks like I had boobs. I've seen some people say that it's false advertising etc, but since I'm not advertising and I'm only decorating, I don't care what someone else's opinion on my fake boobs are. I also have a padded butt pair of panties to go over regular panties that I wear when I'm wearing something that shows how flat a butt I actually do have.

I don't mind wearing underwear but only ever do so when I'm going out. I don't see a point in wearing it at home. I refuse to buy or wear underwear that is embellished in any way. I prefer them to be plain and simple because that's what I find to be most comfortable and acceptable.

I hate bras and stopped wearing them around three years ago. I didn't want to wear them in the first place and was pressured and blackmailed into it. When I did wear them, it was only ever to go out in and I would take it off as soon as I got home.

I had a difficult time with undergarmets.

As another poster pointed out, Haines makes very wearable underwear if you just need something you can walk into the store and buy. I recommend Haines Her Way cotton briefs.

As for bras, I can't wear anything with lace, and I usually resort to wearing them inside out because the outside tends to be smoother than the inside as far as seams go. However I've discovered a new bra called Warner's Invisible Bliss Wire Free Bra, model number 02055, which is comfortable enough for me to wear it as the maker intended.

I hate not wearing clothes.

I hate bras to. First thing I do when I get home from work is take my bra off. And I can only wear Granny panties because the others are so uncomfortable.

Anyone else have trouble finding bras? I am a d cup and I can't find pretty bras for myself. If a bra isn't plain white cotton it's got under wire. What sick masochist invented under wire any way? Does it serve any point other than to jab us in the ribs? Had to have been a man.

I've never understood why bras should be anything other than just plain white or nude or black or some other solid color that won't show through a shirt or dress, unless perhaps you are planning that a romantic partner see this bra, but you can always use fabric paint or dye and stensils to decorate a bra that is comfortable.

I have always hated them. I had to learn to wear panties because it's so fecking hot in Australia and you sweat and it causes chafing if you don't. I hate chafing more than I hate panties, so I learned to wear them. Unfortunately the one style I like is becoming harder and harder to come by. Bras I have always hated but I have substantial boobs and, again, sweat and grossness if they aren't appropriately lifted and separated. A friend of mine recently had top surgery to have hers removed completely and I am quite envious of that. My boobs have served their purpose and I would love to have them lopped off completely.

I can't go without a bra. This is the most comfortable one I've ever found.

It has an underwire. I'd rather have a wire-free one, but just haven't found one that fits well.

I think Warner's probably has the widest selection of wire-free bras. Never saw one in my size though.

Panties I wear, but only very plain cotton ones, the others feel icky.

And don't let me start on bra's! I don't want to wear them, and will only do so for work when a tight shirt is not enough. Or when I'm doing capoeira. (brasilian martial arts)

Bras - almost never.

I have just one bra I can wear when absolutely needed, fully made of silk, no seams, no wires, no hooks but with removable 'modesty pads'. Like a bra top. Bought from a shop that specializes to selling pure silk wear to people with skin issues in Japan ...

Panties - Haines above sounds like a good hint. But if you ladies are in UK … the solution is ... PRIMARK!! !

I recently realized their £1 per pair cotton panties are a) soft - and the seams do not feel b) roomy and not restricting c) 100% breathable cotton d) much cuter than the granny pants I used to wear. e) cheap.

I completely agree that it is very important to wear bra and panties for hygiene reasons. For this you should look for the quality of material of inner wear so that it can provide you with the comfort needed. I always make sure that I am purchasing it from reputed store which deals with brands that provide best quality for this. DollBoxx is my favorite store to buy all types of women's wear.

What does wearing a bra have to do with hygiene? Or panties, for that matter? As long as people aren't sitting their bare asses on seats in skirts and dresses, I don't see what the problem is.

When I mentioned 'hygiene' I didn't think others may not see it as hygiene issue.

Healthy women have small liquid discharge from the delicate areas during the day - smell-less and colorless but when it dries (& it dries quickly!) it becomes white, dry and crumbling. Like a very thin layer of toothpaste dried up. Having this thing inside one's clothes and even worse - touching the skin is an impossibility and counts a hygiene issue for me. Now I realize probably it should count as sensory issue, similar to seam lines rubbing against skin (or even more horrible around double sensitive areas - NO!! !)

So, sorry, not an hygiene issue in terms of coming to contact with bacteria and germs which does only apply to the combination of short skirts and seats (although this is a problem too )
