What do you want to study?

I have some ideas (agricultural science or enology if I choose to stay in this area for school after community college, geology or volcanology if I'm willing to leave), but we'll see after a couple of quarters at my local community college. Sociology would be nice too if sciences don't work for me.

I don't know how helpful this is, but I have a work study job which is my first "real" job. After a couple weeks of figuring out what's expected of me, I figured out how to study while working. My job is pretty simple; I film football practices. So during the times when I'm not needed to film a certain exercise, I study, check email, or read, depending on how busy I am. I've also stopped working on days when I have a night class, because practice often runs late and I end up having to skip dinner to make it to class on time. I have hypoglycemia, so skipping meals is not an option. I explained my situation to my employer and he said I didn't have to work on Tuesdays this semester.
I also wear earplugs on most days because I have to stand right next to the speakers. :/ Nobody cares or even notices because I can use visual cues to know when to film, as well as listening to auditory cues.

With my current job I can't. I have a full time job as a cake decorator at Walmart. I'm constantly having to focus on my work and I'm not allowed to do anything that isn't related to my job. I also can't use headphones because it's customer service and I have to interact with customers a lot.

You should be able to do it quite easily. I doubt it takes half as much willpower as losing as much weight as you did.

Are you still being understaffed/overworked in the bakery (quite possibly I'm thinking of the wrong person, but I remember seeing something about an overworked cake-decorator somewhere on WP). You will need to have a good work-study balance, and it's important that you have an employer who understands and accommodates your college obligations (no forcing overtime on you, as my former manager used to!).

I'm working and studying at the same time. And It isn't that hard to combine it. Its real. But sometimes I have some problems with my written tasks. It's definitely not my cup of tea so in such cases I usually contact Supreme essay service. Those guys are real professionals in what they do. So you can give them a try in case you need some help. I'm sure you'll deal with it.
