Sure, but why employ humans who can only work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and only when they feel like it when you can install a machine that can perform the same tasks more efficiently, effectively, and economically 24/7/365?
Then you can afford to hire just 1 engineer and 3 technicians to keep those 100 robots running, while the displaced workers can sell shoes and flip burgers to their hearts' contentment...
