I love snowy winters and many parts of Germany has that type of weather.

Winter time in Norway looks really nice. They just had a lot of snow recently which means where i live should get some. Fingers crossed.

As long as it isn't arid/desert, doesn't have excessive bright sun, and isn't unseasonably hot (isn't possible to be a 100 degrees (37 c) in October or 80 degrees (27 c) in February), I will like any climate.

No deserts and no tropics.

Deserts: It could be anything arid, such as hot deserts, arctic tundras, semi arid steppes, etc.

Tropics: Anything south of 23.5 degrees latitude from the equator.

I say this because with deserts the weather is boring and the landscapes are barren and depressing and for tropics your just stuck in the same weather pattern forever. So anything that is A, B, or E on the Koppen would have my least favourite climates.

A place like Yuma,Arizona has one of my favorite climates in the summer because i love the triple digits.
