A right is something that cannot be legally denied -- such as the rights to free speech, press, religion, and due process under the law -- on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, or sexual orientation, and other categories..
A privilege is something that can be given and taken away and is considered to be a special advantage or opportunity that is available only to certain people (i.e., employment given to a person who demonstrates ability and willingness to do the work).
Therefore, employment is not a right, it is a privilege granted by an employer. That privilege may be revoked at any time.
The mere fact that you may need a job does not mean that anyone is obligated to hire you.
Eh even if your rights are being denied how do you prove it and who has the money to start legal proceedings? To sue you need at least $5,000. You can’t sue after every little infringement of your human rights cause for example someone found out i was dumb so they wanted to get rid of me cause they had doubts that I was stupid, which they were right even before I realised, so they just found something else to fire me over. Unfortunately i slept through an alarm and couldn’t sleep the night before and am a deep sleeper and missed work. So I got fired and rightly so. I regret it so much cause it was going to be an easy job- minding a dog and house sitting which I was looking forward to cause most of my jobs were cleaning and that’s exhausting! I would much rather a less tiring job.
