I was going to say, 'I hear you loud and clear there' but that is hardly appropriate

I too like silence. With maybe some birdsong, rain or waves lapping on the shore.

Magnetic toys that click into place satisfyingly are my favorite fidgets. Veatree on Amazon is amazing.
I'm pretty visual and a lot of my sensory seeking is actually specific art, motion, views.

The tingle that I feel in the entire right side of my head when I see something to do with Germany.

Sex (all senses)
Rain (sound)
Thunderstorms (sound / atmospheric feeling)
Finely woven, soft cotton (touch)
Strawberries (taste)

That's call I can think of now, but there must be more.

Hugging soft plushies
Hugging my partner
Drinking an ice cold pop while taking a hot shower
Hearing ravens make those cool metallic cooing noises
Playing with an articulated fidget slug
Putting a microwaveable rice bag on my back, neck or feet when I'm cold
Wearing nice clean cotton pajamas
Soft, warm lighting (such as candle light)
Anything with pastel rainbow colours, especially in a gradient
Anything iridescent
The colours robin's egg blue and chartreuse green, especially paired together

I always did this as a kid, to the extent that people commented on it.

I still do that sort of thing. So many things seem touchable, so I touch. Lol.

I also really like the way music feels. It's a thing that hits on multiple levels for me. Certain sounds send feelings through my body and some music just feels good to hear. But I also have giant speakers and sometimes I'll blast some music and lay on the floor feeling the actual vibrations from it on top of the stuff my brain automatically makes me feel. Some days that kind of sensation is perfection.

A good thunder storm, that is always awesome...unless it has giant hail as that is dangerous. For sure had one thunder storm in the past where my fear of the giant hails coming through sky-light windows outweighed the general good feelings I get from storms. But yes I find stormy weather is more a sensory delight than a sensory issue.

I just got a lava lamp. It takes a long time to warm up, but it's very relaxing to watch as the bubbles float to the top and fall back down. There's a reason why they still make tham roughly 60 years after they were first released to the public.

Thunderstorms (though in Arkansas the pleasure is rather spoiled by the accompanying risk of tornadoes and my empathy for the house cat who is terrified by thunder)

Eating the foods I like when I'm hungry

Drinking tea when I'm thirsty

Vaping nicotine when my nicotine levels are low

Warm air when I'm feeling cold

Cool air when I'm feeling hot

Fresh, natural air at the right temperature, especially after rain

Feeling the texture of one of the house cats' fur (velvet would probably be as good)

The smell of an antique bookshop

The sound that comes from a fairly good-condition vinyl record when the stylus first goes into the lead-in groove - it has to have just the right amount of dust in the groove, i.e. a pretty small amount

The smell of the laminate from the cover of a new vinyl album

The smell of jasmine, some joss sticks, cinnamon, fresh-baked bread, fresh oranges, paraffin lamps

The sound of a purring cat

Music - few recordings and performances quite do the trick, but when they do, it's really good

The sensation of lying back in a tub of bathwater that's at just the right temperature

Scratching the itches out of my skin with a suitable wet brush

The effect of psilocybin mushrooms (I remember it from the days when it was legal to eat them)

Doesn't seem to me that many of those are ASD things.

What colour(s) ?

I have a hard time picking them. I like blues and cool colours.

Sensory: the smell of someone's black leather jacket
