Also, this is canon, but Apple and Onion (also the show name) are ADHD and Autistic respectively and they're such great rep. :)

I read a theory somewhere that lilo from lilo and stitch is Autistic, and I tend to agree.

I don't think it's been confirmed on the show. Sheldon Cooper from big bang theory shows very heavy signs of being autistic. Especially his younger version on young sheldon.
What puzzles me is that he says "I'm not crazy my mother had me tested" assuming he went under a psychiatric assessment, one would assume the doctor would have atleast floated the idea of ASD with him. My own theories that I have is he was diagnosed as a child but is very closeted to the fact to his friends, colleges and audience.

I wondered about that too so I checked. Assuming Sheldon Cooper and Jim Parsons are the same age, Sheldon would've been about 20 when DSM-IV came out. Before that Asperger's Syndrome was not listed.

So, assuming Sheldon was tested as a child, no official diagnosis would've been available for him.

Just like me, he would've just been "weird".

Raj has selective mutism and poor social skills with women.

Amy doesn’t understand the concept of boundaries

Howard also had a hard time picking up when a woman was not interested in him.

Leonard had a hard time picking out the right outfit for professional dress.

Hi:

I think that in addition to Sheldon, I think that Raj, Howard, and Amy are on the spectrum too. I sometimes wonder about Leonard.

I also think that Lilo is on the spectrum herself because she can't seem to take hint when someone is not a friend.

You've made some good observations

Amy is definitely a strong candidate, which makes them perfect for each other, as they push each other out of their comfort zone just a little bit

Raj and Howard are a little more hard to speculate, but I can see that they could have something more to them

The reason I think Lilo is on the spectrum is because her peers from her hula class keep calling her "Weird."

I also think that Stitch and Pleakley fall on the spectrum too.

1. For instance, Stitch seems to be good with structure and routines - If you watch the movie he does well when he's keeping busy learning the hula and then playing ukulele.

2. Pleakley -
A. He doesn't understand when he's being bitten by all those mosquitos. Rather, he thinks that they just want to be friendly.
B. He's gets hyperfocused on things

But maybe he was just reclusive.
Maybe it was PTSD.

Who knows.
That was the whole point, though.

This may sound stereotypical or offensive but Elmer Fudd.

-He focuses on his goal and never gives up.
-He repeats phrases, namely "Be vewy vewy quiet. I'm hunting wabbits", "You wascally wabbit!", "Hey you're that scwewy wabbit!", etc
-He is attached to his gun, implying hunting is a special interest.
-He can't handle it when things don't go his way (noticeable in earlier Shorts, such as Elmer's Candid Camera or The Hare Brained Hypnotist, and he is often angered in the more recent Generation, Looney Tunes Cartoons).
-He is shown moving similar to how some people stim in a group shot in the og Space Jam.
-He takes things literally. In Hare Tonic he believes in Rabbititus.
-He has an aversion to loud noises, as shown in Poolside Pest.

Might add to this if I can think of anything
