Likely a TBI / Traumatic Brain Injury, if not more.

Well just checked on WhatsApp and it's says under his profile 'online' but it could be someone else like his girlfriend using his mobile. He's been offline since last sunday

Don't really feel comftable whatsapping/texting his number yet
