Yeah it's probably for the best

If you think you may have caused offence then it might have been nice to have just quickly and politely apologise to her but it's all done now

I'd steer clear of stripping off in front of women in the future Jamesy...we're not always too keen on it

Besides weight training you should exercise the habit to say no when people ask you to do things you don't want to do.
